Anthony Musci

Anthony is a world renowned program manager and operations consultant. Early in his career, as part of Ford Motor Company’s Advanced Powertrain Engineering, Anthony started and led the design and development of the Aston Martin V12 engine. The engine propelled Aston Martin through a huge growth period but also brought Aston Martin back to the forefront of racing. The V12 has powered many Aston Martins to victories including the 24 Hours of Le Mans (GT1 category) and the Le Mans Series Championship.
Anthony has worked all over the world including Europe, Asia and the Americas. Anthony’s vehicle development experience spans everything from high volume production cars, to low volume high performance vehicles to Le Mans Power (LMP1) race cars.
Along with Fortune 500 and multinational firms, DJ has advised start ups from incubation to profitability including micro multi-nationals start ups.
DJ's experience also includes short and long term assignments with Private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
DJ's most recent consulting assignment was a ~2 year stint for a Private equity firm's portfolio Fintech leasing company. Here DJ oversaw process improvement and also was Interim Controller and Senior Vice President Finance to build a ratable scalable leasing platform.
DJ has 20+ years of industry & consulting experience at industry leaders like Mitchell Madison Group ( spin off started by 30 McKinsey & Co Consultants); KPMG LLP and industry majors like Suncor Energy, Inc. He has worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
DJ has a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Michigan - Ross School of Business.
Anthony’s 20+ years experience comprehensively spans product concept to mass manufacture including corporate development for rapid growth. He has also worked across industries including software and electronics in Silicon Valley, Jet engine development, Alternative Energy, Consumer Products and Electronic control systems. Anthony has advised Private Equity, Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies on various transactions in due diligence, operations turnarounds as well as start ups in various phases.

Neil is an ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 20 years' experience in design, manufacturing and consulting.
Neil’s operations experience includes work for lean automotive pioneers Ford, GM and Chrysler, and Siemens, Deloitte Consulting, Coca Cola, and McDonald’s.
Neil takes a hands-on approach to the implementation of lean principles, working area by area and site by site with small teams of 5-8 people in week-long events to achieve culture change company-wide.
Neil is also a partner with eta consulting. eta's work in academia includes two lean recurring certification classes at the University of Nevada, Reno and lean onsite workshops for industry and government clients in CA and NV.
eta's work in industry and includes clients in the fields of infrastructure, solid waste recovery, renewable energy, medical devices, mechanical manufacturing, and finance.

Neil has an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.
